You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coach team members on agile practices, and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and impediments for development teams
- Coach team members on agile principles and practices
- Track sprint metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product owners on backlog refinement
Requirements
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Ability to work with distributed teams
