About the role

You will design and run our core infrastructure: AWS cloud, our own servers and our internal company systems. As the platform grows, you will decide what we build or buy, and what runs in the cloud or on our own servers.

Key responsibilities

Design and evolve AWS architecture (VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudFront, and related services)
Plan and operate self-hosted and hybrid infrastructure alongside cloud workloads
Own corporate infrastructure: internal networking, identity, endpoint, and access management
Set infrastructure-as-code rules and help every team use them
Plan the architecture so systems can grow, stay up and recover from failures
Plan capacity and keep cloud costs down
Set basic security rules for cloud, own servers and company systems

Requirements

6+ years in infrastructure, platform, or architecture roles
Deep hands-on AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, and IAM
Experience running self-hosted or on-premises systems alongside cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with corporate IT infrastructure: networking, identity, and endpoint management
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
Good knowledge of security, uptime and cost control for large systems
Fluent in both Korean and English
Able to work from the Incheon office 4 days per week
