About the role

You will architect and operate the infrastructure backbone across our AWS cloud footprint, self-hosted environments, and corporate systems, making deliberate build-vs-buy and cloud-vs-self-hosted decisions as the platform grows.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and evolve AWS architecture (VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudFront, and related services)
  • Plan and operate self-hosted and hybrid infrastructure alongside cloud workloads
  • Own corporate infrastructure: internal networking, identity, endpoint, and access management
  • Define infrastructure-as-code standards and drive their adoption across teams
  • Set architecture direction for scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery
  • Lead capacity planning and cloud cost optimization efforts
  • Establish security baselines across cloud, self-hosted, and corporate systems

Requirements

  • 6+ years in infrastructure, platform, or architecture roles
  • Deep hands-on AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, and IAM
  • Experience running self-hosted or on-premises systems alongside cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with corporate IT infrastructure: networking, identity, and endpoint management
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong grasp of security, reliability, and cost-optimization practices at scale
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Able to work from the Incheon office 4 days per week
